Bricks

The cement-making process is complex: it consists of a mixture made of 80% limestone and of 20% clay which are crushed, resulting then in a 'flour' (a pale powder).

Heated to about 1500°C in rotary furnaces, the ‘flour’ undergoes complex chemical reactions and turns into clinker. Finally, by finely grinding the clinker and adding a small part of gypsum, the cement is obtained. Cooling is an important stage of the process and Eurochiller offers solutions to meet every need, thanks to the experience gained for this specific application.
