Blown film extrusion

The investment on cooling within a blown film system is sometimes understimated as the chiller is perceived like a small component into a huge system.

So if a house needs strong foundations, your blown film line needs the best cooling ever, to be able to control the temperature and the air flow parameters and get a finished product with constant characteristics.
The variables to be kept under control are: the height of the tower, the thickness of the film, the ambient temperature, the process fans.

Their correct control allows to:

  • Improve the brilliancy and the quality of the film

  • Stabilize the bubble

  • Sensibly increase production
